YOUR FOOTAGE, MADE SEARCHABLE

A little help finding your moment.

Learn how analysis works, get better answers and find help when you need it.

Start with your recording

Paste a YouTube link

Use a public or unlisted video that plays without signing in. Private videos cannot be accessed. Wait for YouTube to finish processing before submitting the link. Anyone with an unlisted link can view and share it.

Upload an alternative copy

Direct uploads accept files up to 7 GB. Export a playable video from your camera or DVR; MP4 is a useful export option. Duration allowances depend on your plan—check Pricing before submitting a long recording. Keep your original recording for review.

Understand the analysis

From your video to clear insights

Your video moves through three steps: waiting, being analyzed and ready to explore. We turn visible activity into a timeline you can search with a simple question. Longer recordings take more time, and completion times vary. Once your video is ready, start a conversation. If something seems stuck or an error appears, send support the video title and the status you see.

Visual activity, even without sound

We review images at intervals throughout your video to describe visible people, clothing, objects and actions—even without sound or captions. You can choose to include speech when it matters. Very brief actions, hidden details and poorly lit scenes may be missed.

A conversation with your footage

Once your video is ready, chat draws on its saved activity record to help you find moments and understand what happened. You can keep asking questions without starting the analysis again. Clothing and appearance descriptions help you follow people in the recording, but do not confirm their identity.

Ask, check and keep your findings

Describe what you want to find

Try “When does the person in the red cap appear?” or “Did anyone leave an object near the entrance?” Include clothing, an action, a location or an approximate time. Ask in English or Spanish and narrow your question if the first answer is too broad.

Follow a timestamp

Open a cited moment to review the associated footage. Timestamps refer to elapsed time from the start of the submitted video, not necessarily your camera’s wall clock. Check the original scene before drawing conclusions; an answer with no matching evidence does not prove an event never happened.

Read or download the activity transcript

In results, open the transcript to review timestamped activity descriptions. Use the download option to save a PDF. The activity transcript describes visual observations; it is not necessarily a word-for-word speech transcript.
