FOR WAREHOUSE & OPERATIONS TEAMS

A client says a pallet was damaged on your watch. Find the moment in minutes.

Choose a security video from your computer, ask what happened, and jump to the cited moment. Your original video stays on your computer.

No separate upload step. Up to 5 hours in length and 20 GB per file. Sampled images and text are sent for AI analysis.

A dispute arrives. The footage is there. Your time isn’t.

A carrier disputes the handoff. A client reports damaged goods. A shipment is short, or someone reports a near miss. Between you and an answer sit hours of trucks, pallets and people moving through the same doors.

FootageFind helps you locate recorded activity worth reviewing, so you can focus on the incident and get back to the operation.

Three steps from recording to review.

01 /

Get the desktop app

Create a free account and download FootageFind for Mac or Windows. Choose an analysis plan inside the app.

02 /

Choose the relevant file

Select the recording from your computer, such as the dock-door camera around the delivery. No separate video-upload step is needed.

03 /

Ask, then review the moment

Ask when pallets were unloaded from the white truck. Follow the cited timestamp and watch that part yourself. Download the activity transcript as a PDF if helpful.

Questions that start with a real warehouse problem.

These are example questions you could ask, not promises about what a particular recording will show. Results depend on what is visible in the sampled images.

SituationYou could ask…
Carrier or driver dispute at the dock“When did a truck arrive at dock door 4 and when did it leave?”
Damaged-goods claim from a client“Show me when pallets were unloaded from the white truck.”
Missing or short shipment“When was someone loading boxes near the shipping door?”
Suspected theft or shrink“Describe anyone leaving the building with a bag or box.”
Injury or near-miss review“Summarize this video and flag unusual activity.”
After-hours entry“When did anyone enter through the side door?”
Finding a person or vehicle“Who was wearing a yellow vest and a red cap?”

Answers use saved observations from sampled images. Timestamps are approximate; brief events can be missed. Public demo questions are limited.

Narrow the window before you analyze.

Dozens of cameras do not mean you need to analyze a whole day. Start with the recording most likely to answer your question.

01 /

Pick the nearest camera

Choose the dock door, aisle, cage or entrance with the clearest view of the event.

02 /

Export a focused window

Start with 1–3 hours around when the incident likely happened. Each file can be up to 5 hours in length and 20 GB.

03 /

Ask and inspect the citations

Ask in plain English or Spanish, then review the cited moments in the original recording. A smaller export uses fewer analysis hours from your plan.

Save a clip from your recorder. Choose it in the app.

In your NVR, DVR or camera app, choose the camera, date and time range. Look for Export, Download, Save or Backup. Save a copy to your computer and choose MP4 when available. Proprietary recorder formats may need conversion first.

Menus vary by model. Use the manufacturer’s instructions for your system:

More help exporting camera footage ↗

Your original stays on your computer.

The desktop app reads the video file you select locally. It sends sampled images and text to our service for AI analysis and answers. Your original video file is not uploaded. An internet connection is required.

FootageFind works with exported recordings. It does not connect directly to live cameras or replace your NVR. Use it for incident and claims review, and follow the workplace-recording and privacy rules that apply to your location.

A faster place to look. Your judgment still matters.

FootageFind works from sampled images, not every frame. That matters in a busy warehouse.

Before you review the next incident.

We already have NVR playback and motion search. Why use this?

Motion search finds movement. FootageFind lets you describe the activity you want to review in words, then find cited moments in exported footage. It complements your existing recorder.

Will it connect to our camera system?

It currently analyzes video files exported from your system, not live camera feeds. Save a supported video file, then choose it in the desktop app.

We have many cameras and too many hours. Where do we start?

Pick the camera nearest the event and export 1–3 hours around the likely time. Analyze the relevant window rather than a whole day. Files support up to 5 hours in length and 20 GB each.

Can we use the transcript as evidence?

Use it to locate moments, then review the original yourself. Keep the original export untouched and consult your lawyer or insurer about evidence requirements for a claim.

Do we have to pay just to download?

Creating an account and downloading the app are free. Analyzing your own recordings requires an analysis plan. The saved public demo is free with no sign-in.
